About the work: Shatter was originally written for WACO Theater Center’s 2018 production of “The Talented Tenth”, written by Richard Wesley, and directed by Richard Lawson. It is a short, introspective piece in which I tried to capture a complex mood, and then just stay in it. I invite you to let yourself visit that mood.
