About the Work: 

One of the beautiful and complicated things about life is that we can experience high highs and low lows simultaneously. I see this messy complexity everywhere and explore it often in my work.

I challenged myself with “Lucky Me ” to explore Survivors Guilt. Although the piece offers no solutions, I do hope audiences find a compassionate friend in both me and the work. If “Lucky Me “ is at least half as cathartic to listen to as it was to create then this will have been a success.
